Delivered in July 2020, MY LEL is a masterfully crafted aluminum vessel by the Italian yard Rossinavi, with its innovative design conceptualized by Luca Dini. This novel yacht strives to encapsulate vast volumes within 500GT of internal space, complemented by expansive windows that provide breathtaking views. The upper deck boasts what the designer dubs as a ‘crystal veranda,’ leading to the ample outdoor deck areas.
Exterior
Striking the perfect balance between the sporty flair of traditional Italian yacht exteriors and the interior styling of new generation vessels designed for entertainment, M/Y LEL is a marvel to behold. The yacht features a sizable beach club, fostering a natural and dynamic connection with the surrounding environment. When the side and stern doors are lowered, the yacht’s interiors and exteriors coalesce into a grand, convivial space. This space features an indoor bar area and can also house the tender. The adaptable beach club incorporates a separate garage, which can be isolated and operated independently by closing the automatic door on the staircase that leads to the main deck. Here, the cockpit offers a dual-purpose area with a raised panoramic section overlooking the second bar, ensuring optimal privacy without compromising the entertainment space. The upper deck presents a serene dining area that can be converted into a private, shielded environment with a removable veranda, complete with outdoor heating lights and air conditioning, enabling the enjoyment of the yacht in various weather conditions and throughout the year. The sun deck at the top of M/Y LEL is adorned with a relaxation area by the pool, which faces the horizon and features a dedicated bar station.

Inside, the main saloon showcases subtle luxury through a blend of contemporary design furniture, elegant textiles, premium leathers, and custom finishes, exuding a timeless elegance. The owner’s suite, situated on the main deck, is impressively spacious and enhanced with a large walk-in closet and a private balcony suspended over the sea. A VIP stateroom is conveniently located adjacent to this suite. On the lower deck, four guest cabins are equipped with the latest comforts and reflect the versatile character of M/Y LEL. These cabins can be transformed into a grand VIP suite by simply closing off the main hallway door.

What is the ''APA''?
Additional expenses are covered through the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). Typically, the APA amounts to 25% to 30% of the total charter fee, depending on factors such as your itinerary, food, beverages, and more. Throughout your charter, the captain will maintain precise records of the expenses incurred. At the conclusion of the charter, you will either receive a refund for any remaining funds or be asked to cover any additional costs that were accrued during the cruise.

Is VAT applicable to the charter fee?
For the Greece, the Value Added Tax (VAT) is typically set at 24%. However, a temporary reduction was put in place in June 2020, lowering the rate to 13% under the category of "services of transport of people and their luggage". This lower rate is applicable to all yachts over 24 meters in length that are exclusively cruising within Greek waters. As part of Greece's 2023 Budget, this reduced VAT rate has been extended until 30 June 2023. However, VAT rates can differ depending on the embarkation location and chosen itinerary. Is it necessary to tip the captain and crew, and if yes, what is the customary amount?
Tipping is entirely optional, and if you choose to tip the crew for their professionalism, helpfulness, graciousness, and more, it is customary to offer 5% to 15% of the total charter amount on the last day before disembarking from the boat. In the Mediterranean, we typically recommend 5% to 10%, while in the Caribbean, 10% to 15% is customary. If there are multiple crew members, it is best to give the tip to the captain, who will distribute it among the crew, ensuring harmony among the team.

What happens after I submit a booking?
You'll receive an automated email immediately after booking; within 24 hours, you should receive a second email that confirms the booking's details. This gives us time to arrange for the crew for your cruise. The second email will contain information about instructions, parking, the captain's contact number, and other vital details. Please be sure you read it carefully.

What are the payment terms for a weekly charter?
To secure your booking, a 50% deposit of the total charter fee is required upon signing the Charter Agreement. The remaining 50%, along with an Advance Provisioning Allowance, applicable taxes, delivery/redelivery fees, and any agreed additional charges, must be paid via bank transfer one month prior to the charter start date.
